2) Order Processing Time

Handmade Items
To ensure quality craftsmanship and material integrity, handmade items require additional preparation time.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for production and processing before shipment.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
As a general guideline, if you do not contact us within 5 hours of placing your order, cancellation may no longer be possible.
